Use the Lumo Vest every day for 60 days. If your dog isn't moving differently by then, email us and we'll refund every dollar. No return shipping fights, no restocking fees, no forms designed to make you give up.

How it works

• Your 60 days start the day your order is delivered.
• To request a refund, email support@lumotherapyco.com with your order number. That's it.
• We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Once the vest is on its way back, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.

Size exchanges Wrong size? Exchanges are free. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send the replacement and a prepaid label for the original.

Damaged or defective If your vest arrives damaged or stops working within the first year, email us a photo or a short description and we'll replace it at no charge
